The Humble Petic[i]on of Will[ia]m Finch of Dalton & Will[ia]m Gaskell of Vpholland heretofore his Ma[jes]t[y]s souldiers in Lathome & elswhere & nowe poore & indigent

Sheweth

That one widdowe Nailior of Vpholland by reason that her husband was slaine in the defence of Lathome house had sixe shillings eight pence a yeare allowed her duringe her life & yo[u]r pet[itione]rs but v s. a peece with p[ro]mise that when anie pay fell by deathe yo[u]r pet[itione]rs pay should bee Augmented.

May it therefore please yo[u]r good wor[shi]ps to grant yo[u]r Order that yo[u]r pet[itione]rs may receiue the said some of vi s. viii d. nowe after the deathe of the said Katherin Naylior towards their further maintenance & releeffe, and yo[u]r pet[itione]rs shall dayly pray for yo[u]r wor[shi]ps
