The humble petic[i]ons of William Edge Robert Worthington Robert Morres & George Hulme of Manchester poore Indigent Souldiers.
Sheweth
That whereas yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]rs did heretofore serve his ma[jes]tie that now Is, & his royall father in the late warrs & have recieved yearlye By ord[e]r of this Court The yearlye pention of Tenn shillings from the Twoe & twentieth of July in the xxith year of this kinge since the makeinge of w[hi]ch same order severall Penc[i]on[e]rs within this hundred of Salford are dead And yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]rs By reason of theire saide Age & Service are growne Very Vnable & Infirme.
Therefore in Consid[e]rac[i]on thereof Wee humbly pray yo[u]r Worr[shi]pps will bee pleased to ord[e]r that the Treasurer of the maimed & Indigent Souldiers of Salford hundred may pay some furth[e]r Penc[i]on for the supply of yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]rs furth[e]r releefe & necessityes & yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]rs shall eu[er] pray &c
