That yo[u]r petic[i]oner beinge A lame infirme man had heretofore by order of this Court an allowance for his livelyhoodd & subsistence beinge formerly A souldier vnder Sir Thomas Tyldesley which of late the Churchwardens & overseers refuse to obey & performe

May itt please yo[u]r Wor[shi]pps by order of this Court to ratifie and confirme his former orders remayneinge vpon record in this Court.
