The petition of Thomas Pickeringe of Norley, Cheshire, Trinity 1652

To the hono[ura]ble and right worshipfull the Justices of the Bench att the quarter Seissions houlden att Nantw[i]ch for the Countie palatyne of Chester
The humble petic[i]on of Thomas Pickeringe of Norley.
Humbly sheweth
Vnto yo[u]r hono[u]rs and wor[shi]ps that yo[u]r peitc[i]o[ne]r was hyred to be a sould[ie]r to serue for Thomas Robinson and for the said house wherin Richard Freer is possessed of the one halfe beinge in Croton and was p[ro]mised fiue marks yo[u]r petic[ione]r hath had the one halfe and Cannot gett the other and hath bine putt to great truble and charges Concerninge the same.
And was att Woster fight.
Humbly Crauinge yo[u]r hon[our]s and wor[shi]ps that yo[u]r pet[itione]r may some [sic.] order for the p[ro]cureinge of the rest as yow shall thinke fite and yo[u]r pet[itione]r as in all dutie will dayly pray to god for yo[u]r hon[our]s and wor[shi]ps longe health, Joye and Eternall happines.
