<Sheweth> that hee was a souldier maymed in the late Civill Warrs und[e]r the Comand of Collonell Hele as a Trooper & is very poore & unable to maintaine himselfe & family

Yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]r therefore prayes a pension out of the County Stocke and shall
