Humbley Shewth [sic.]

That Whereas

Yo[u]r poore distressed petitioner Thomas Miller, being formerly vnder ye Command of Maior Wansey in ye Parliam[en]t service, did then receiue a very dangerous Hurt, by w[hi]ch means yo[u]r poore peti{tioner} is very much disabled for his future subsistence

Hee therefore most humbly prayeth yt hee may bee taken into yo[u]r wor[shi]pps Considerac[i]o[n], And hee shall ever pray &c

Wee thinke fitt that this pet[itione]r be had in remembrance at when the next oportunity shall be offered, to be relieved according to the Statute.
