To the right wor[shipfu]ll the Justices of the peace this present Sessions assembled

The humble petic[i]on of Tho[mas] Horne a maimed soldier under the Com[m]and of Capt[ain] Stebbing in the Right wor[shipfu]ll S[i]r Tho[mas] Honywoods Regim[en]t

Humbly sheweth

That yo[u]r pe[titione]r in the late fight at Worster was shott through the left Arme by reason whereof hee hath continued lame & not able to gett his living by his labour as formerly hee did & hauing a diseased woman to his wiffe they are likely to perish; for timely [?privation]

Yo[u]r pe[titione]r humbly pray that this Court will please to grant an Order of Sessions for a considerable penc[i]on to be allowed unto him

And hee shall ever pray, &c
