The humble petic[i]on of the poore maymed Soldiers w[i]thin the hundred of Salford

Sheweth

that yo[u]r poore petic[i]on[e]rs haue for seu[er]all yeares together receaued their penc[i]ons And the now treasurer denyes to pay them the same bee or the most part of it bee payed vnto him {v}pon pr[e]tence that Act is expired yet not w[i]th standing it is payed in other hundreds in regard the same became due before the said Act expired

Wherefore yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]rs humbly pray yo[u]r order to the treasurer to pay them their penc[i]ons for this ensueing pr[e]sent yeare & yo[u]r petic[i]oners will ever pray
