To the right ho[noura]ble the Justices of peace assembled at Namptwich for the holding of the Quarter session for this County.
The petic[i]on of Rondle Waynewright John Billington Robert Morris Ellen Baxter & Margaret Radford within this County penc[i]oners.
Sheweth to yo[u]r hono[u]rs that yo[u]r petic[ioner] Rondle Waynewright being arreare of his penc[i]on by Maior Buckley xx s.: Robert Morris Ellen Baxter & Margaret Radford each of them ten shillings a peece by the sayd Maior Buckley which yo[u]r petic[ioners] haue beene put off & are likely still to bee put off vnles yo[u]r hono[u]rs favo[u]rs bee shewed to yo[u]r petic[ioners] therein.
May it therefore please yo[u]r hono[u]rs to order yt yo[u]r petic[ioners] may haue theire arreares payde them at this Sessions. And yo[u]r petic[ioners] as in duty bound shall pray for yo[u]r hono[u]rs in health & all happines long to continue.
