To the Worshipfull his Ma[jes]ties Justices of the Peace for the County of Worcester.

The humble petition of Roger Bundy of the parish of St. Johns in Bedwardine in ye County of Worcester Labourer.

Humbly Sheweth.

That your petitioner hath in much faithfullnes served his late Ma[jes]tie of blessed memory and o[u]r present Sovereigne in the vnhappy Warrs and hath hitherto in honest labour kept himself w[i]thout any charge to the parish wherein hee now inhabits But now may it pleas your Worships your poore petitioner by reason of the impairing of his sight and by great age is brought very low and poore, and haueing not abillitie to worke for his mainetenance is in all likelyhood and dainger of perishing if not prevented by yo[u]r Worships appointment

Your poore petitioner in all humillity prostrates himself to yo[u]r Worships Consideracon humbly hopeing yo[u]r Worships will resent yo[u]r petitioners Condition and hee as in duty bound will Constantly pray
