I was a souldier vnder the right hono[ura]ble the Earle of North[amp]ton: and his brothers: two yeares and A halfe: and received many wounds in the service; for which I had formerly a penc[i]on; which I & beg it may be renewed: I now being antient: and wife and many Children to be maintained: and not haveing any estate to doe it withall.
