The humble Petition of Robert Faulkner of Neither Tably

Humble Sheweth yt yo[u]r petition[e]r being putt on as a Souldier for ye sayd towne of Neither Table served ye state as a seargeant under ye Com[m]and of Lieften[an]t Colonell Brookes and neuer receaved any pay my humble petition is yt you would order where I should receave my pay for ye sayd servise I being Chosen to serve under Lieftenant Colonell Brookes as a Seargeant & have payd towards ye mainta[in]ing of ye Souldiers sent from ye sayd towne I bore my owne Charges during ye sayd servise by Lieftenant Colonell Brookes I desire you take it into yo[u]r wor[ship]s Considerac[i]ons where yo[u]r petitioner may look for his pay & yo[u]r petitionor will euer pray etc.
