The Humble Petic[i]on of Robert Candbeck of Clint Hamlet

Sheweth

That your Poore Peticoner was Sergiant to Col[one]l Middleton and neuer Revolted and is Lame by his hand: and not able to worke being very Indigent and Poore Desireth yt hee may be admitted Penc[i]oner hopeing yow will take him into your Hon[oura]ble Considerac[i]on and your Petic[i]oner Shall Daily Pray &c
