The humble Petic[i]on of Richard Overall, Edmund Booth, John Pate, Peter Brooke, Edmund Haslome, James Dawson, Gyles Dawson, Hugh Dawson, John Dawson, William Dawson, Richard Ramsbothom, William Read & Jane Morrice widow all liveinge within Bury and Pilkington

That yo[u]r petic[i]oners beinge maimed souldiers in the service of his late ma[jes]tie of ever Pious memorie And have received Penc[i]ons since his ma[jes]ties happie restaurac[i]on (vizt) each of yo[u]r petic[i]oners 10 s. a peice And for as much as verie many of the maimed souldiers (Pentioners) [illegible] whoe received consid[e]rable sumes of money are now deceased
The Premisses Considered yo[u]r poore petic[i]on[e]rs humbly beggs that the residuarie parte of the moneys which is Collected for that purpose may bee divided equallie amongst yo[u]r poore petic[i]on[e]rs as a further augmentac[i]on of their Penc[i]ons And yo[u]r poore Petic[i]on[e]rs shall eu[er] pray &c
