The petition of Richard Fletcher of Wybunbury, Cheshire, Easter 1650

Richard Fletcher of Widdonberry w[i]thin the County aforesaid yeoman Informeth vnto the hon[oura]ble Court of Sessions assembled nowe att Middlewich within the s[ai]d County.

That William Rowley of Walkerton w[i]thin the s[ai]d County hath sett vpp the trade of a Mercer & soe continued for the space of 8 or 9 yeares beinge never prentice to the trade to this Comp[lainant]s great pr[e]iudice both to himself his wife & five small Children.

His desire is that (haveing been a faithfull souldier for the Parliam[en]t & done very good service as is very well knowne to S[i]r William Breerton & Col[one]l George Booth that his Condic[i]on may bee taken into Considerac[i]on & have releefe

Rowley to bring in his [two illegible words] answer before 20 May.
