The humble petic[i]on of Richard Eaues.

<Sheweth>

That the petic[i]oner was Imprest for the Towne of Preston att the last Impresse for Ireland and there fallinge lame and beinge destitute of maintenance was discharged and sent over into England where hee now lyeth vnder the surgeons hands in verie poore and languishinge condic[i]on for want of releefe.

His humble request is that hee may haue yo[u]r Wor[shi]pps order for such A weekelie or monthly allowance for his livelyhood and subsistence as in yo[u]r wisedomes may seeme meete And hee shall pray &c.
