The petition of Randle Kennerley junior of Allostock, Cheshire, 10 July 1649

To the Wor[shi]p[fu]ll the Justices of the peace of the County.
The humble petic[i]on of Randle Kennerley of Allostock.
Sheweth.
That yo[u]r petic[i]oners father Randle Kennerley was one of Col[one]l Croxtons souldiers and slayne at Lee bridge leavinge at that tyme but an infant and both fatherles and motherles, and without menteynance, but liveinge vpon his frends who deny to keepe him any longar and your petic[i]oner not beinge of strength to gett his livinge.
Therfore humbly prayeth that hee may bee admitted to bee a penc[i]o[n]er and to receaue such yearly stipend as yo[u]r Wor[shi]ps shall thinke fitt And &c
