The humble pet[iti]on of Ralph Porter and Thomas Moore
<In> all humillity most humbly sheweth vnto your Worships that your poore petion[e]rs att Midsumer sesions last past did move ye Wor[shipfu]ll Court by Way of petions as being Maimed Souldiers in his Ma[jes]ties seruise King Charells ye first of euer Blesed Memory by ye Which you weare of your Clemency gratiously pleased too ordayne them too bee and too receiue A yearely penshon the Which both of your petion[e]rs att first Did take of but never since haue had A penny
Wee theirfor Doe most humbly beseech your Worships that accordingly as you weare pleased to order them too receiue your Charity that it might bee Continued unto them for ye Which as in Duty bound your poore petion[e]rs shall euer praye.
