The humble petic[i]on of Peter Penkstone of Midlewich

Sheweth that yo[u]r petic[i]oner hath beene a faithfull and L[o]yall Subiect in all the late distracc[i]ons and served his late ma[jes]ties warrs and receiued such wounds that hath altogether disabled yo[u]r petic[i]oner to gett his liuelyhood as form[e]rlie & is now growne in to wants his poore Condic[i]on Considered

May It please yo[u]r hono[u]rs to Admitt him one of the pencion[e]rs for the Countie and hee will pray &c
