humbly Sheweth

That he has beene in the penc[i]on Rouls fiue or six years and the Cheife Constables of Barkston Esh has neue{r} paid him any thing since they came into that place and Refuses to pay still soe yo[u]r pettic[i]oner disires yo[u]r hon[ou]rable bench to take itt into Considerac[i]on that he the said Michaell Browne may haue his penc[i]on Continued p[ai]d And he will euer pray
