The humbell Requestt and pettission of Mary Williams of the parish of Sanuard

Sheweth that her husband Thomas Williams did Recue forty Shillings a yeare for beeing wounded in his Maggisties Seruice King Charles the firstt of blesed Memory and dyed [illegible] thees day mounth youre pettionner his widdow humbly desireth youre worsheps that she my haue the ten shilling for this quarter and youre poore pettionner as shee is bound shall Euer pray For your worsheps helth and happiness
