The humble petition of Mary the wife of William Cooke late of the said Citty Cordwyner deceased

Sheweth

That your petitioners said husband in his life time had a pention of tenn shillings a quarter granted vnto him for his service for our late Sou[er]aigne king Charles the first of blessed memory in the then vnhappy warres and that hee hath left your petitioner in a very poore condic[i]on

shee humbly prayes that you would be pleased to grant her the like pention and shee shall pray &c.
