The humble petic[i]on of Margarett Willson of Colne.

<Sheweth>

That the petic[i]oners husband James Willson beinge Imprest for Ireland for the Townshipp of Alston cu[m] Hothersall and the pet[itione]r and her childe beinge in A distressed condition that yo[u]r Wor[shi]pps Order att the Sessions holden here vpon the 10th day of July 1651. that the Churchwardens and overseers of the Parish of Colne should make p[ro]vision for them, which beinge disobeyed in regard her husband did not serue for anie towne w[i]thine Blackborne hundred shee repaired to the Sessions then next after but cominge on Friday morninge happened to bee too late and beinge att the then ensueinge Sessions visited w[i]th sicknes continueth w[i]thout releefe and in A distressed condition;

Her humble request is yo[u]r Wor[shi]pps would in confirmation of yo[u]r former order grant her such releefe as in yo[u]r wisedomes may seeme meete Just & equitable And shee shall pray &c.
