To the right worshipfull the Justices of the Peace for the County of North[amp]ton[shire]

The humble peticon of Lydia Wheeler.

Whereas Humfry Wheeler of Collingtree in his life time had a yearely Pension of Fourety shillinges p[er] Annu[m] and hath left your poore peticoner with Eight Children your poore peticoner humbly prayeth that yo[u]r good worshipps would be pleased to allow her the Pension her late husband in his life time had

and yo[u]r peticoner shall ever pray &c

Referred to ye twoe next Justices what to allowe her weekly: & to order ye paym[en]t thereof by ye Overseers
