These are to certifye your worr[shi]pps that I Lawrence Harrison of Fazakerley in the County of Lanc[aste]r being decreped, aged, and not att all able for my selfe, haveinge formerly in war in behalfe of the Kinge received soe much detriment & hurt, that it now tends to my damage & especially to my impoverishment [illegible] towards w[hi]ch my maintenance there is but a small revenue not amountinge to a halfe peny p[er] weeke allowed me my wife likewise haveinge in these harder times sold her cloathes for my reliefe: wherefore I humbly beseech y[ou]r wors[hi]pps to grant me y[ou]r Order for my weekely reliefe accordinge as y[ou]r wor[shi]pps shall thinke fitt, otherwise I shall pine a way remediless soe hopeinge your wor[shi]pps Courtesie,
