The humble Petic[i]on of Lawrence Buckley of Tottington husbandman
Sheweth
That yo[u]r Petic[i]on[e]r hath beene in severall Expeditions and services in his late Ma[jes]ties warres and vnder severall Comands as by Certificates vpon the file may appeare and being Maimed in the said service, is disenabled to gett his liveing, and hath spent what hee had or could p[ro]cure in Lyeing a long tyme vnder the surgeons hands whereby hee is Reduced to great pouerty and want and hath onely had and receiued for two yeares last, past either yeare ten shillinges
Yo[u]r petic[i]on[e]rs humble suite is yo[u]r Worships [illegible] would take into Considerac[i]on his sad Condic[i]on and grante yo[u]r ord[e]r hee may haue such further allowance and Releife as other maimed souldiers have in that Case
And yo[u]r Petic[i]on[e]r will ever pray &c
