The Humble Petition of John Soothworth and Gilb[er]te Jackson both of Tarniker

Sheweth

That whereas by your petitioners have received releife as maimed Souldjers hav from this bench fore severall yeares last past, but now of for ye two yeares last past the Collectors within the parish of Michaels have refused for to Collect and gather within ye parish Such taxes as have beene laid vpon the Said parish for theise your petitioners and others. Therefore your petition[er]s humbly pray yt yow would releive them in the pr[e]misses and your petition[er]s will ever pray,
