To the Right Hono[ura]ble & Right Worshipfull his Maiesties Justices of ye Peace for the County of North[amp]ton[shire]

The Humble Peticion of John Smyth of Carlton

Humbly sheweth That your Peticioner haveing had formerly an order of this Court for a pension of fifty shillings per annum did deliver the same order into the hands of Mr William Ireland of Sutton Bassett who was vnder Treasurer of ye East division for severall yeares and did pay to John Smyth the pension afforesayd by virtue of the sayd order as by a certificat vnder the hand of the sayd Mr Ireland it doth appeare but he hath lost the same order and now Humbly prayeth that he may have the order of this Court for the Continunance of ye pension & the [illegible] receiuing the arreares thereof.

And your Peticioner shall ever pray
