To the Hono[ura]ble & Right Wo[rshipfu]ll ye Justices of ye Peace for ye County of North[amp]ton[shire] whome it may concerne

The humble petic[i]on of Jno Roberts, Arthur Bramson & Joseph Waters, poore inhabitants in Towcester

Sheweth

That whereas yo[u]r poore peticoners have once rec[eive]d their pensions and are since vnpaid notwithstanding sufficient testimony & certificates of their service & wounds

Wee therefore once againe {?united} by hope & spurred on by necesssitie doe humbly begge the favourable aspect of yo[u]r clemency vpon vs even worne out with misery hopeing yt wee yt haue so often fought for Gods cause & our late kings of blessed memory & have nothing left to looke vpon but o[u]r wounds wives & children shall not now perish in misery w[hi]ch if prevented by yo[u]r mercy

We shall ever pray &c
