To the right wor[shipfu]ll the Justices of the peace of the Com[itatus] of Carn[ar]von

The humble petic[i]on of Jo[h]n Lloid of Llanor.

Sheweth that he served in the service of the p[ar]liam[en]t of England this long tyme and hath lost vse of his arme in that service and is Run farre in debt and decaied in his estate that he is not able to paie the same therefore humbly praieth to be admitted to be admitted [sic.] one of the pension[er]s to receaue a pay or pension out of the maymed soldiers mize. And yo[u]r petic[i]oner will ever pray for yo[u]r honores health and happines.
