The Humble Peticon of John Lange a Souldier vnder the Commaund of S[i]r Edmond Howell

That whereas your poore Peticoner being a maymed Souldier haueing a Wife and Fiue Small Children to mayntayne and being alltogeather vnabled to gett his Liuelyhood in regard of his Impotencie stands in greate neede of Reliefe and if not Speedily Supplied with necessaries is in greate danger to perish both hee and his Family except some Course bee taken in the pr[e]misses. And for that his penc[i]on of 3 li. p[e]r Ann[um] was stopt last Sessions

Hee doth humbly praye that for the avoyding of inconveniences in future time your Wor[shi]p[fu]lls woulde bee pleased to graunt your poore Petic[i]oners request for contynuance of his said penc[i]on and hee shall Continually praye for your healths and prosperities.
