The humble petic[i]on of John Kettle of Over, William Broome, Raph Farrington and many oth[e]rs Pentioners w[i]thin the s[ai]d County
Sheweinge
That by sundry ord[e]rs of this ho[noura]ble bench yo[u]r petic[i]o[n]ers respectiuely haue beene admitted Pentioners to haue their Respectiue penc[i]ons gratis fro[m] the seu[er]all & respectiue Tre[asure]rs w[i]thin the seu[er]all hundreds of this County notw[i]thstandinge the seu[er]all Tre[asure]rs in contempt of the s[ai]d orders & rules to the great oppression of yo[u]r petic[i]o[n]ers haue exacted great allowances to themselues & deducted out of yo[u]r petic[i]o[n]ers s[ai]d penc[i]ons a good p[ar]te thereof soe as yo[u]r petic[i]o[n]ers haue had much short of w[ha]t yo[u]r ho[nou]rs haue beene pleased seu[er]ally & Respectiuely to ord[e]r vnto them and ther[e]fore yo[u]r petic[i]o[n]ers humbly pray.
That the s[ai]d seu[er]all Tre[asure]rs appointed by this ho[noura]ble bench may be called to answ[e]r the contempt & breach of the s[ai]d orders and be ordred to pay & restore w[ha]t they haue w[i]theld fro[m] yo[u]r petic[i]o[n]ers or that oth[e]rs [illegible] more faithfull & conscionable in their Roomes may be placed That yo[u]r petic[i]o[n]ers may comforable receaue w[i]t[h] yo[u]r ho[nou]rs haue ordred w[i]thout expensiue Attendance & deduc[i]ons and they will ever pray for yo[u]r ho[nou]rs
