The humble petic[i]on of John Hobbs Humfrey Foddringham & Humfrey Jackson.

{Hu}mbly sheweth

That y[ou]r petitioners haueing beene soldiers vnder the Comaund of S[i]r John Gell in the Garrison in Derby all the time it was soe kept for the Parlim[en]t dureing w[hi]ch time y[ou]r petitioners weere mamed in the servis & were by order of Sessions appointed to haue a pension allowed them which is kept from them by reason thereof y[ou]r petitioners are much pr[e]iudiced

Itt is the humble request of y[ou]r petitioners therefore that y[ou]r Worships would be pleased that there arreares may be payed them & theire pensions Continued & they as they are bound shall dayly pray &c
