The humble petic[i]on of John Edwards of Carnarven.

Sheweth that he heretofore vpon the States service in Ireland hath loste an arme and peticoned yo[u]r wor[ship]s to be admytted a pensioner w[hi]ch was granted and accordingly yo[u]r peticon[e]r hath receaued fower pownds pay these vie yeeres nowe last, and this yeere your peticon[e]r did call to the Treasurers for his pension w[hi]ch they refuse to pay allegeing that yo[u]r peticon[e]rs name is not in the liste deliu[er]ed them the w[hi]ch yo[u]r peticon[e]r humbly praieth may be examyned and that the Treasurers may be ordered to pay the same to yo[u]r peticon[e]r as form[er]ly and yo[u]r peticon[e]r will pray for your wor[ship]s health.
