The humble Petition of Johane Whitaker widow

Sheweth

That the Petitioner is a verie poore woman & hathe three small Children w[hi]ch to keepe & provide for hath ben a great Charge to her.

That the Petitioners Husband did leave her this charge of Children w[hi]ch hetherto she hath maynteyned without relief from others ever since his death.

That Richard Whitakers her Husband was slayne at Edge Hill in the Parlyam[en]te Service.
