<Humbly sheweth> That yo[u]r petitio[ners] said husband was imploy[e]d vnder Collonel Danyell & slayne in the Parliam[en]ts service & That yo[u]r peti[ti]o[ne]r is left destitute of maintenance for her selfe & 3 small Children

May it please yo[u]r wor[shi]ps to grant yo[u]r Order for the erecting of an howse or an annuall penc[i]on for her releefe & yo[u]r petitio[ne]r will ever pray &c
