The humble petic[i]on of Jennett Haydocke of Plessington.

Sheweth

That the peticoners husband George Haydocke haueing beene lawfull businesse att Lea with Sir Richard Hoghton was in his returne apprehended by the constables of Hoghton and is Imprest and gone for Ireland and hath left the peticoner three litle Children and noe meanes of subsistence for anie of vs.

The petic[i]oner humblie craueth yo[u]r Order to the overseers of the poore within Hoghton to provide for the peticoner & her Children and shee shall pray &c

Ch[urchwardens] & ou[er]seers within Blackbourne parish to provyd.
