The humble Petition of Issubell Barker

Sheweth

That whereas yo[u]r poore petition[e]r hath had a penc[i]on of xl s. p[er] ann[um] allowed for her reliefe & maintenance being left a poore distressed widow & hath nothing els to maintaine her

doth humbly pray yo[u]r hono[u]rs fauo[u]r for the continuence of it for her reliefe & maintenance

And she shall eu[er] pray &c

The consid[eration] of this pet[itio]n is referred [three illegible words] vnto the Tre[asure]r of the West division (together w[i]th & of to Mr Onely the next Justice his assist[ant]).
