the humble peti[ci]on of Hugh Viccary of the parrish of Kingsnimton in the County of Deuon

In all humillity most humbly sheweth vnto y[ou]r Worships that your poore peti[ci]on[e]r hath euer beene A Loyall Subiect to his Ma[jes]]tie King Charells ye first of euer Blesed memory in Which seruice y[ou]r poore petion[e]r Wase Wounded in his Right Arme

hee theirfor Doth most beseech that you Would ordayne him too bee one of his Ma[jes]ties penshoners for the Which as in Duty bound hee shall euer praye
