To the Right worshipfull the Justices of the peace {of} the County of Denbigh: &c

The humble petition of Hugh Pharo Randle Do{d} and John Lloyd humbly sheweth that whereas they haue been soldiers in his Majestys servis under the comand of S[i]r Richard Lloyd and Colenall Robinson and haue been wounded and disabled to releiue themselues which wounds haue been made apeare before his Majesties debutye leiftena{nt} which thought fitt yt they should bee releiued by pentions which they did receaue serteyn yeares: But beeing aged and unable to trauell haue not receaued anie for these 3 years last past they humble craue your worships redress hearein yt they may be releiued in there old decriped age and they will humbly pray
