To the Right wor[shi]pp[fu]ll the Justices of the Peace In Sessions att Middlewich Assembled the 19 day of Aprill 1659

The Humble Petic[i]on of Hugh Furbur

Humbly Sheweth

That yo[u]r Petic[i]on[e]r was wounded and Maimed in the seruice of the Parliam[en]t in the Late warrs and Lost the vse of one of his Armes whereby hee was wholly disinabled to Maintaine Ether himselfe or his wife and Children in Considerac[i]on of w[hi]ch hee had a Penc[i]on of Fifty Shillings p[er] ann[um] allowed him and yo[u]r Petic[i]on[e]r still Remayneth more vnable to worke Euery day then other by Reason of the Losse of his Arme and hath Eight Little Chidren to Maintaine and but one small Croft of ground soe that hee is growen into very great pouerty and Therefore Humbly desires that his Penc[i]on may bee Augmented as this Hon[ou]rable Bench shall thinke fitt

And yo[u]r Petic[i]on[e]r his wife and Children as in duty Bound shall Euer pray
