The Humble peticion of Henry Passhion of Westbury in this County

<Sheweth>

That your poore Peticioner was a soldier to his Late Ma[jes]tie of ever Blessed Memory & vnder the Command of S[i]r Henry Coker Col[one]l and by which mennes your peticioner have benn vndone by the sickness hee tooke Lieing in the fields & the missery & imprisonment yt hee hath since receaved to the vtter vndoeing of his your poore peticioner his wife & fower smale Childrren May itt please therefore your wor[shi]pps to grant him some relife by way of Pention & your Petticioner shall bee ever Bound

To pray for your Worships health & prosperity
