The humble Petic[i]on of Henry Nash of Baydon in this County

Sheweth

That yo[u]r Pet[itio]ner was a soldier pressed for the service of the late Kinge Charles of blessed memory vnder the Comaund of Livetennant Collonell Ralfe Hopton And did serve therein for Three yeares As by a Cirtificate herevnto annexed may appeare In which service he was wounded by reason whereof by a shott and recovered thereof yett by that meanes he is inable of getteing his livelyhood

Vnles yo[u]r worshipps will be pleased to take yo[u]r Pet[itio]ners case into Considerac[i]on & allow him such Penc[i]on As to yo[u]r hono[ur]s shall see meete and Convenient for yo[u]r Pet[itio]ners Sustenance in his low & weake Condic[i]on
