To the right hono[ura]ble ye Committee of Lords and Comons for ye Armie

The humble peticon of Rob[er]t Henry Mullener Adm[inistrato]r to Captaine Josias Mullener deceased

Sheweth

That yo[u]r pet[itione]rs Brother Capt[ain] Josias Mullener late Capt[ain] of a Troope of horse in Col[one]l Butlers after Col[one]l Hortons Regim[en]t receiued certaine wounds on ye late service in Wales whereof he died Now forasmuch as your pet[itione]r is Adm[inistrato]r to his said Brother and stands engaged to pay his debts he therefore humbly praies yt yo[u]r honors would be pleased to ord[e]r the stateing of yo[u]r petic[i]oners Brothers accounts for his said Service and ye payment of what shall appeare due to him vpon ye said account.

And yo[u]r petic[i]oner shall ever pray &c

Att ye Com[m]ittee of Lords & Com[m]ons for the Army 19 June 1648

Ordered

That ye Com[m]issary Gen[era]ll of ye Musters or his Deputy doe forthwith certify to this Com[m]ittee, how the pet[itione]rs Brother stood vpon the seu[er]all Musters of ye Army & doe affix the same to the petic[i]on.
