To the honor[u]able the Justices of the peace of the Countie of Carnarvon

The humble petition of Gruffyth Lloyd

Humbly sheweth

That Mr John Wyn of Gronfryn since the time that he hath byn Treasurer of the maimed souldiers mize doth deteyne 5 li. 10 s. of yo[u]r poore pet[itione]rs stipend although diu[er]se times demaunded.

In tender considerac[i]on whereof may it please yo[u]r hono[u]rs to graunt yo[u]r Order comaunding the said Mr Wyn to pay the same vnto yo[u]r pet[itione]r:

And yo[u]r pet[itione]r will eu[er] pray &c

Ordered that Mr John Wynne doe forthw[i]th pay vnto the petic[i]on[er] what sume of money he is behinde of his stipend
