To the right wor[shipfu]ll the Justices of the Peace this pr[e]sent Sessions

The humble Petic[i]on of George Osborne of Aldham a poore wounded souldier

Sheweth

That yo[u]r pe[titione]r to shew his good affection to the service of the Com[m]on Wealth did Faithfully serve the State and adventured his life in ye Fight at Worcester, where hee was much wounded by shott, insoe much hee is maimed in his lymbs and thereby disinbabled to gett a Living for himself & family

Most humbly beseecheth this Co[u]rt to Order a Competent Pention to be allowed unto him, as by act of Parl[iamen]t hath bin allowed to other Souldiers in the like Case

And hee shall ever pray &c
