To the right worshipfull his Maiesties Justices of the peace at the Generall sessions held at Pontefract Aprill the 20th 1669
{The} Humble Petition of George Finlawso[n]
Humbly Craueth that your Worships would be pleased to consider of the letter w[hi]ch was deliuered vnto this Honourable Bench by your s[ai]d petitioner who served as Ensigne under his graces comand Duke of Newcastell and is in Arreares what was formerly granted by your Worships so hopeinge you will grant that his Penc[i]on and arrears may not be w[i]th held from him w[hi]ch so faithfully his late Maiestie of blessed memory And alsoe his Maiestie w[hi]ch now is and your Petitioner shall humbly pray for your worsh[ip]s helth
