To the R[igh]t Wor[shipfu]ll the Justices of the Peace of the County of Som[er]set now in Sess[ion]s assembled
The humble Petic[i]on of George Burrowes of Taunton in the s[ai]d County
Sheweth
That yo[u]r Pet[itione]r haveing his Right hand shott away in the Parliam[en]ts [illegible] Service, in the Garyson of Taunton, yo[u]r Wor[shi]pps towards his Releife have ben pleased to conferr on him a pension of 5 li. p[er] Ann[um] but he haveing ben exceedingly Visited w[i]th sicknes & had great losses this last yeare, Whereby he is reducted to great poverty, humbly desires yo[u]r wor[shi]pps
To Vouchsafe to make such addic[i]on to his p[re]sent p[re]sent pension, as may answere his necessity.
Wherefore he shall be ever bound to pray.
