The humble petic[i]on of Francis Calverley

Sheweth

That the malice and perfidiousness of John Smith is (by the annexed) truly demonstrated. And yo[u]r pet[itione]r being prisoner in the Kings bench upon the same proceedings that he cannot come to this honourable Court:

Yo[u]r pet[itione]r therefore humbly prayeth that this honourable Court will graciously restore his pension & the arrears thereof & not suffer so apparaent false oathes to famish the innocent

And yo[u]r poore pet[itione]r shall ever pray &c.
