To the right wor[shi]pp[ful] his Ma[jes]ties Justices of ye Peace att this p[re]sent quart[e]r sessions held for ye County of Denbigh

The humble Petic[i]on of Evan ap Edward Lewis of Llanarmon in ye County of Denbigh yeoman.

Humbly sheweth to yo[u]r Worr[shi]ps yt ye Petic[i]on[e]r is and euer was a true and loyall Subiect to his late Ma[jes]tie of blessed memory and hath served him in ye Service of Ireland for a longe time and likewise in England whereby he rec[eive]d seu[er]all wounds to his vtter Ruine as by a former petic[i]on allowed and filed (relation beinge therevnto had more at large it may appeare and for his true and faithfull service in Ireland a Certificate to yo[u]r Wor[shi]ps produced and attested vnd[e]r ye hand of Colonell Broughton for your Wor[shi]ps better testimony of his service

May it therefore please your wor[shi]ps to consider ye pr[e]misses and take into yo[u]r Consideration and soe ord[e]r that their may be a further augmentation to yo[u]r Petic[ione]rs former penc[i]on

And your Petic[i]on[er] shall euer pray &c.
